Report Infringement

At Outletmarket Denmark, we take the protection of intellectual property rights very seriously. If you believe that any content or products on our website infringe on your intellectual property rights, please let us know by filing a report of infringement.

To file a report of infringement, please provide us with the following information:

A description of the infringing content or product and the intellectual property rights that you believe have been infringed.

Once we receive your report of infringement, we will review it and take appropriate action. This may include removing the infringing content or product, disabling access to it, or disabling the account of the user who posted it. We also reserve the right to go to court against people who have broken other people’s intellectual property rights.

Please note that we may also contact the person who posted the infringing content or product to give them an opportunity to respond. We will also give the owner of the intellectual property rights the information they need to get in touch with the person who posted the content or product that violates their rights.
