Return Policy

Outletmarket Denmark has a customer-friendly return policy for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not turn out to be exactly what you were looking for, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We’ll take back all products except food and things that go bad quickly, things that say “final sale,” and things that the customer has damaged or changed.

To return an item, simply contact our customer service team to request a return. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or exchange.

If you got a broken or wrong item, please let our customer service team know right away so we can send you a new one or give you a refund.
